There's nothing Kitty loves more than transforming a house into a home. She knows the challenges and pitfalls, and has a million secrets to share. As her oldest daughter Brooke and her friends have begun to create their own homes, Kitty has been guiding them through the process, and now she'd like to make herself available to others decorating their first homes. Scheduling a consultation with Kitty can save you time and money, as her guidance can help you establish your priorities, direct you to resources that will allow you to stretch your budget, and get your creative juices flowing!

How does it work?

Simply email Kitty at . Be sure to include your contact information (email, phone number, and location) and a description of your situation - the style and size of your home, its strengths and challenges, your general decorating tastes, etc. A few pictures would be helpful, too. Kitty will contact you to arrange the consultation.

Do I have to be in the Los Angeles area?

No! If you are, Kitty will be happy to meet with you at your home, but a phone consultation with Kitty can give you a wealth of information, ideas and solutions.

How much does it cost?

The cost will depend on whether it's a phone or in-person consultation, and the length of the consultation, and will be stated when Kitty responds to your initial contact. Less expensive than hiring a decorator, the ideas and resources that Kitty shares will often save you more than enough to cover the expense!

What kinds of things will we discuss?

Decorating your first home can seem overwhelming, at first. It's important to look at it as a "work-in-progress." For someone just starting out, the most important goal for "Phase One" is to make it livable, cozy and safe. Kitty will help you set your decorating priorities, and ensure that your budget is going toward the things that will help you enjoy your new home from the very beginning. She'll also direct you toward the resources that will enable you to make the most of your decorating dollars.

A perfect wedding or graduation gift!

A consultation with Kitty makes a perfect gift for a young couple moving into their first home, or for a graduate starting out in a new condo. We'll send you an attractive card, with a hand-written note from Kitty, herself, along with instructions on how the recipient can schedule the consultation.
